Thrive – Workplace Wellbeing Morning
Organiser: Norfolk and Waveney Mind £15

Our Thrive: Workplace Wellbeing Morning brings businesses together to share tools, strategies, and practical guidance for supporting better mental health in the workplace. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to connect with like‑minded organisations and exchange ideas on improving wellbeing at work.
What to expect:
Throughout the morning, we’ll explore practical, expert‑led sessions focusing on:
Understanding and managing stress and burnout – Real, actionable strategies for supporting yourself and your team — and helping prevent burnout.
Supporting people facing barriers to employment – How poor mental health affects employment, and how your organisation can collaborate with Norfolk and Waveney Mind to help people build confidence and move back into work.
Talking about suicide safely – Guidance from specialists on recognising risk, having supportive conversations, and understanding the preventative actions organisations can take.
All sessions are designed to give you useful tools and insight you can take straight back to your workplace.
