Tots2Teens offers a wide range of activities for young people aged 5 to 16 years during the school holidays.
Calm Cats helps children to learn the tools and techniques for self-regulation, self-care and improved emotional and physical wellbeing. This session is based around the book ‘How to Catch a Star’ by Oliver Jeffers. Teaching your kids teamwork and resilience skills around this award-winning story of a little boy who defeats the odds to achieve his dream of catching a star.
