SUMMARY:Crystal bowl sound experience in nature
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a gentle\, immersive sound experience set within our Sweet Briar Marshes nature reserve. Crystal singing bowls will be played alongside the natural soundscape of wind\, birdsong and the quiet movement of the landscape around you\, creating a unique opportunity to slow down and connect more deeply with the rhythms of nature. Crystal singing bowls are made from pure quartz sand\, shaped under high heat to create instruments with rich\, resonant tones. Their vibrations travel easily through the body’s water-rich tissues\, offering a soothing\, grounding sensory experience. The session will also include some simple reflective activities. \nPlease note that this event is only suitable for adults.
