No previous dance experience is needed. The workshop offers an insight into how the companies create their work\, a chance to learn some choreography\, and an opportunity to experience the joy of moving together. \nDance Moves You is an inclusive company for adult independent movers with learning disabilities. Their work reflects the lives\, interests and individuality of the dancers themselves. \nIn Cahoots celebrates the creative possibilities that emerge when dancers with and without disabilities perform together. \nGlorious Forms is a project that aspires to recognise\, platform and increase access to inclusive dance in Norwich and Norfolk.
