SUMMARY:Norfolk 360
DESCRIPTION:THE BEST BEGINNERS ULTRA-CYCLE EVENT \nDesigned to give you the experience of an ultra-distance event wrapped up in one weekend. \nNorfolk 360 is a hybrid cycling event where you’ll ride both road and off-road segments which will lead you to some of Norfolk’s most iconic sights. Cycling from coast to castles\, you will travel from Thetford Forest to the North Norfolk Coast\, taking in breath taking scenery along the way. \nNorfolk 360 is inspired by the compass and the course is designed in 4 loops that make up the 360-mile ride. Experience the flatlands of Norfolk in a self-supported ultra-cycle adventure that takes you to 4-points of this beautiful county. \nThe 4 loops are designed to give you ownership of your event; you will have the option to do as much or as little as you want. There will be a central checkpoint that connects all four segments of the course\, and each rider will have the option of cycling 110 miles\, 200 miles\, 280 miles\, or the full 360. Don’t worry about carrying all the extra weight of camping equipment and spare clothes. You can leave a bag with all this at the central checkpoint and pick up what you need each time you come through. The central checkpoint is a safe environment\, inside a warm village hall where cyclists can sleep and store all their essentials. There will always be an event organiser on site to give guidance and support to the competitors.

SUMMARY:Luke Wright: Later Life Letter
DESCRIPTION:Later Life Letter tells the story of Luke Wright’s adoption – the life he leads\, and the one he might have done. What’s it like to stumble across your birth mother on Facebook? How do you honour the parents who have raised you while satisfying a curiosity about where you came from? Is it telling that you married a social worker? \nWright navigates his audience through a warm and honest hour of poems and stand-up with the wit\, pathos\, and silliness that has made him one of the most popular live poets in England. \nThis is a frank account of what it means to be someone’s child told by a performer who really knows what he’s doing. Expect raucous laughter\, tear-stained cheeks\, and a little smattering of drum n bass.

Whether you’re a beginner\, curious about movement or a seasoned dancer\, this class is open to everyone. There is also space to rest and observe from the sidelines\, if needed. \nDon’t miss out on this opportunity to dance with others in a safe and inclusive space\, enjoying the great vibes of dancing in the golden light of the change of season in the beautiful and ornate Orangery\, a grade II listed building\, at the new Carrow House in Norwich.
