DESCRIPTION:A major event in the East Anglian running calendar\, Run Sandringham 24 will attract a large field of runners of all abilities to the Winter Residence of The Royal Family\, to run a 24 Hour Race around the Sandringham Estate and surrounding trails\, while raising thousands of pounds for good causes. \nWith a Start/Finish and large Event village within the Sandringham Estate\, the event boasts a scenic route with stunning views of the Royal Estate\, Norfolk Countryside\, and Royal Parkland. \nA huge army of volunteers will make this superb event possible over the 3 day period. Volunteering is extremely rewarding and you don’t need any previous experience to take part. \n  \nHOW DOES IT WORK? \n  \nRun Sandringham 24 is a 24 trail hour race where you run against the clock to see how many laps you can complete before time runs out. \nYou can enter as a solo runner or as part of a relay pair / team of up to 12 runners – contributing to an overall total of miles / laps. \nDon’t think you can run for 24 hours? No problem!! You are welcome to run as many or as little laps\, whenever you wish during the 24 hour spell that the start line is open. \nWant to run with your running club-mates or team but want everyone to achieve individual mileage? Not a problem! You simply need to ensure that you all register as solo runners – so that you have the option of taking on the course whenever you wish during the 24 hours.

DESCRIPTION:Uncover the story behind our artisan English wines from between the rows themselves on an exclusive vineyard tour led by Norfolk’s original winemaker\, John Hemmant and his team who work with him in the winery and on the vineyard. \nWeekly tours on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11:00 am until 13:00 pm and also from 15:00 to 17:00. Please book in advance to guarantee a place \nThe tour starts with a walk around the vines learning about pruning techniques\, the different grape varieties that we grow and management of the vines on our sustainable vineyard. Next the tour moves to the winery where you will hear some of the secrets of winemaking and depending on the time of the year you may even get to sample some wine directly from the vat. Finally you will enjoy a wine tasting of up to 5 wines – both still and sparkling from grapes grown on our vineyard and named after the birds that visit us. \nIf you are on a morning tour why not add lunch after your tour – or if visiting us in the afternoon book lunch before your tour. We also offer picnics amongst the vines. All lunches and picnics need to be booked in advance please. \nWell behaved dogs are welcome on a lead.
