SUMMARY:Stoking The Embers of Possibilities 7 week Meditation Series
DESCRIPTION:This exciting new meditation series starts in Sept-Oct 2025 in Norwich. \nThis meditation series draws on ancient wisdom practices and psychology ideas that both share that when we turn toward experiences that can help to “gladden the mind” this supports our wellbeing and increases our connection to ourselves\, are wholeness and joy. \nThis meditation class is about having an invitation to meet yourself just as you are\, however you maybe. This is gold\, the ability to know ourselves and connect to our inner wisdom. This helps us turn insights into possibilities! \nSpecifically in this meditation series I will be sharing ways we can:\n– get to know over selves better because with insight comes choice and freedom\n– develop a warmer more loving relationship to over selves because with compassion and warm we gain courage which helps us to take brave aligned steps\n– develop a stronger connection to our inner wisdom because when we lived from an aligned place\, we can experience freedom and joy and the breath and wealth of truly living \nThis is a closed meditation class (eg all attending commit to coming to the full series).
