DESCRIPTION:David Clayton is coming up to fifty years in local broadcasting. In that time he’s been on local radio\, national radio and regional television. Now he works with journalism students who will be the next generation of broadcasters.\nBorn in Yorkshire\, David moved to Gorleston-on-Sea in 1963 (his favourite place in Norfolk!)\, so he’s very nearly a local now! He fell into being a disc-jockey\, and was plying his trade round the clubs and dance halls of Norfolk back in the disco days of the 1970s. He also began broadcasting on Hospital Radio Norwch and\, when the BBC was looking to launch Radio Norfolk in 1980\, he persuaded them to give him a chance. The rest\, as they say\, is history!\nTickets: £7.50 – CASH on the door please.\nThe church cafe will be open for refreshments.

Please book in advance to guarantee a place \nThe tour starts with a walk around the vines learning about pruning techniques\, the different grape varieties that we grow and management of the vines on our sustainable vineyard. Next the tour moves to the winery where you will hear some of the secrets of winemaking and depending on the time of the year you may even get to sample some wine directly from the vat. DESCRIPTION:David Clayton is coming up to fifty years in local broadcasting. In that time he’s been on local radio\, national radio and regional television. Now he works with journalism students who will be the next generation of broadcasters.\nBorn in Yorkshire\, David moved to Gorleston-on-Sea in 1963 (his favourite place in Norfolk!)\, so he’s very nearly a local now! He fell into being a disc-jockey\, and was plying his trade round the clubs and dance halls of Norfolk back in the disco days of the 1970s. He also began broadcasting on Hospital Radio Norwch and\, when the BBC was looking to launch Radio Norfolk in 1980\, he persuaded them to give him a chance. The rest\, as they say\, is history!\nTickets: £7.50 – CASH on the door please.\nThe church cafe will be open for refreshments.

DESCRIPTION:You will be guided by volunteers from Cromer Artspace who will take you on a journey through the history of art\, highlighting some of the stories and techniques behind each piece. From the iconic works of Landseer and Reynolds\, to lesser-known but equally impressive works\, these art walks will give you a new appreciation for the breadth and depth of the National Galleries of Scotland’s collection. \nEach walk lasts around 90 minutes\, covering about 2 miles with regular stops. We make every effort to guide safely but all participants must note that care should be taken along streets with passing traffic and pedestrians. \nNumbers are limited to 10 per walk. All walks will be on paved surfaces\, and there may be some steep gradients.
