DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Quiet Morning at Stow Hall Gardens\, a new monthly reflective session hosted by Lucy Hare\, offering a gentle pause from the busyness of everyday life.\nThe morning will begin in the Fork Handles Café with a reflective process centred round nature and the gardens. Then a precious hour of solitude to think\, write\, draw\, or do whatever helps you slow down and be present. We end together again for a short journalling exercise\, helping you gather your thoughts.\nThe morning offers a space to slow down and reconnect with nature\, spending time in this beautiful garden.\nIncluded are two hot drinks\, a cake of your choice\, and full day entry to Stow Hall Gardens.

His show\, ‘The Music of Trees’\, earned him rave reviews at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe.\nIf you love nature and enjoy beautiful acoustic guitar music then this is the show for you! \nDoors open and bar at 6.30pm.
