DESCRIPTION:Born and based in North Norfolk\, James McCallum is best known for his watercolours of wildlife. This exhibit will feature paintings of birds and other wildlife completed ‘en plein air’ at Cley and the surrounding area. As part of our centenary celebrations\, James has kindly collaborated with us to produce a stunning poster\, postcard\, and greetings cards.

DESCRIPTION:The coast is a dynamic thriving environment where land and sea meet. It is a boundary that constantly changes and shifts through time. This environment supports a wide range of organisms and there is a lot that can be learnt from remnants of creatures found on the coast\, like shells or fossils. They can tell us about environments of the past or help us predict how things might change in the future. Dr Leanne Melbourne will touch on the dynamic Norfolk Coastline\, the past and its future\, and the creatures you might meet along the way. \n£2 per person\, booking is required as seating is limited.
