Meeting weekly allows for connections within the circle to deepen over time\, and is suitable both for those who are new to this approach\, and for seasoned grief tenders. \nThis is an opportunity for those travelling through a particularly difficult time of pain and loss to receive some more extended holding and support. It is also be a place for those who simply wish to develop their relationship with grief as a spiritual practice\, or as a path to personal and cultural healing.

DESCRIPTION:Sponsored by Orsted. \nThe 10km trail race starts in Aylsham\, on the Marriott’s Way itself\, finishing in the picturesque marketplace in Reepham. The run is flat and mostly off road along the Marriott’s Way\, perfect terrain for seasoned runners and those new to running due to the softer ground. Runners also get to see the beautiful Norfolk countryside as they run along the old railway line. \nThere are 5 different start waves split into 10 minutes intervals so that there is room for all on the route.
