The run is flat and mostly off road along the Marriott’s Way\, perfect terrain for seasoned runners and those new to running due to the softer ground. Runners also get to see the beautiful Norfolk countryside as they run along the old railway line. \nThere are 5 different start waves split into 10 minutes intervals so that there is room for all on the route. The start waves are assigned on a first come\, first serve basis and do not correspond to runners predicted finisher times.
