DESCRIPTION:There will be a great treat for G&S lovers in East Norfolk when ‘The Wandering Minstrels’ (www.wanderingminstrels.org.uk) visit St. Catherine’s Church\, Ludham for ‘THE WORLD OF GILBERT AND SULLIVAN’ on Saturday 6 June at 7.30pm. \nArtistes taking part in this Gala concert are Emma Stratton\, Helen Winter\, Charles Mills\, Bruce Graham and Tim Hurst-Brown\, with Peter Hewitt at the piano. \nThey will sing\, act and dance their way through excerpts from ‘The Pirates of Penzance’\, ‘The Gondoliers’\, ‘Trial by Jury’\, ‘The Grand Duke’\, ‘Utopia\, Limited’\, ‘Ruddigore’\, ‘Princess Ida’\, ‘HMS Pinafore’ and ‘The Mikado’ \nConcert tickets are £15 and can be obtained from Ludham Butchers on 01692 678226 or on the door. \nRefreshments will be available in the interval.
