DESCRIPTION:This exhibit shares the unexpected beauty of the Norfolk saltmarsh: its colour and form through the seasons\, and the diversity of life connected with it. The saltmarsh is an increasingly rare ecosystem\, fragile in the face of rising sea levels due to the climate crisis. This exhibition is an attempt to inspire the love and awe that it deserves\, and to hold hope and encourage action to prevent its unnecessary destruction. \nDue to the events programme\, exhibitions in the Simon Aspinall Centre may not always be accessible. Please check with the centre before travelling.

SUMMARY:Wet Plate Collodion Pop Up Portrait Studio
DESCRIPTION:The Norwich Wet Plate Studio will be setting up a pop-up studio at The Old Piano Shop Gallery on St Benedict’s Street from 06 to 11 July 2026. The images are made on a thin metal plate using the 1851 process invented by Frederic Scott Archer. The images are created using light and pure silver. Every image is unique and of archival quality.\nFor this limited period a solo studio session may be booked for just £35.00\, less than half the usual price.
