Known for her innovative approach to fine dining, Chef Lucy will take you on a gastronomic journey that celebrates local flavours. Each dish is meticulously crafted to delight your senses and complement the wild, serene surroundings of Watatunga.
Under our stretch tent canopy, you will gather with friends and family to enjoy three delicious courses from our set-menu as the sun descends beside the lake. Binoculars will be provided for those who wish to observe the evening enchantments surrounding them.
