Norfolk Wellness Brands Unite to Host Menopause-Focused Movement Event

Two Norfolk-based wellness businesses, Swish.Works and Vixxen Pilates, are coming together to host a dedicated Menopause Movement Event, designed to support women navigating menopause through movement, education and wellbeing.
The in-person event will take place at Vixxen Pilates Studio in Norwich and is specifically tailored for women in perimenopause and menopause, a stage of life that can significantly impact energy, recovery, confidence and overall wellbeing.
Swish.Works, a Norfolk-based wellness brand founded in Wymondham, is known for its science-led supplements designed to support women’s health. Vixxen Pilates, founded in Norwich, is a leading local Pilates studio recognised for its inclusive and supportive approach to movement.
Together, the two brands are creating an event that focuses on working with the body during menopause, rather than pushing against it.

Following the movement sessions, Swish.Works will host a dedicated wellbeing segment, including:
– Product tastings and testers
– A product overview explaining how Swish.Works formulas are designed to support women during menopause
– A live Q&A with the product creator, covering menopause, ingredient benefits and real-life support
– Giveaway products and an exclusive online voucher for attendees
