Grief Tending in Community Workshop

1 November @ 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Organiser: Norfolk Grief Tending Gift basis: pay what you can

Experience a range of different grief tending practices and a simple accessible ceremony in this day-long grief tending. Grief comes in many forms and we welcome them all – grief about life changes, bereavement and childhood losses, as well as ancestral, ecological and collective grief.

You are warmly invited to join us for this day-long workshop which has been designed to witness, hold, and transform your grief.

We will gently explore each stage of the grief tending journey through circle sharing, conversation in pairs, small group work and an accessible, inclusive ceremony. The session will include an introduction to the broad spectrum of loss, inspired by the ‘gates of grief’ map offered by Francis Weller, which includes collective grief (ecological, generational etc.) as well as personal losses such as bereavement and life transitions.
