Guests are welcome from 5:45pm, with the evening beginning at 6:15pm with a guided tour of the reserve. Explore the landscape and learn about the wildlife and conservation efforts that make this location so unique. Following the tour, guests will gather at the lakeside BBQ hut, where John from Chet Valley Vineyard will take the lead. He’ll introduce the world of Norfolk wine, share the story of their vineyard and winery, and offer insight into their sustainable practices, including the role of birds, wildlife, and permaculture. Enjoy a curated tasting of six wines—spanning still white, rosé, red, and sparkling—paired with artisan cheese boards from The Angel at Watlington, showcasing Norfolk’s finest dairy selection.
