Christmas Wreath Workshops at the Bressingham High Barn

Join us at The Bressingham Gardens this winter for a few peaceful hours of creativity, warmth and wonderfully natural Christmas making.

Come with friends or come by yourself—you may arrive alone, but you certainly won’t feel alone. Our workshops are friendly, welcoming and relaxed, with plenty of gentle guidance and good company. No previous experience is needed.

We love Christmas, but we also understand how much time and energy can go into making it special for everyone else. This workshop is time for you: a calm, safe space in which to slow down, recharge and let your hands and creativity take the lead.

The beautifully converted Barn will be filled with the scents and textures of winter. You’ll begin with a demonstration showing you how to make your own Christmas wreath, followed by plenty of time to explore the materials and create something completely individual.

Everything we use comes from our own gardens and woodlands, including an abundant selection of fresh and dried foliage, seed heads and other seasonal treasures. Our approach is naturally sustainable:

– No florist’s foam
– No plastic
– No artificial sprays
– No cellophane wrapping
– Only natural, seasonal materials gathered from the gardens and woods

Your workshop includes all materials and equipment, friendly expert tuition, tea and biscuits, and entry to our award-winning 17-acre gardens. At the end of the session, you’ll take home your own beautiful, completely unique wreath.

The workshops are suitable for everyone, including absolute beginners.

Morning sessions: 10am–1pm
Afternoon sessions: 2pm–5pm

Please bring a pair of garden secateurs, gardening gloves and an apron—and come prepared to enjoy a little time just for yourself.
